We have a modern, fully equipped welding department consisting of ten bays which provide MIG and TIG facilities, plus four spot welding machines, all of which are operated by fully skilled staff.
Our paint shop is a fully automated line with iron phosphate pre treatment. It consists of a 400ft track with 60ft gas oven, fully extracted paint booth manned by trained paint sprayers and automatic spray guns. The booth is fully cleaned between colours. Powders are available in Ral, BS, and Pantone or can be matched to a colour sample. We have a sample booth for prototype work to avoid disruption to production and provide quick turnaround.
