Big Win for Mill Hill Junior FC U9s in the ELFA Winter Cup

We are absolutely delighted to celebrate a fantastic achievement from the Under 9s at Mill Hill Junior Football Club, who have only gone and won the ELFA Winter Cup.

This well‑deserved victory is a testament to the hard work, enthusiasm and determination shown by every player throughout the competition. From the first whistle to the final moments of the cup run, the team displayed outstanding commitment, resilience and sportsmanship well beyond their years.

What stood out most was the incredible teamwork on display. Every pass, tackle and goal was backed by encouragement from teammates, with smiles all round and an obvious love for the game. It was football played the right way – full of energy, effort and enjoyment, even when it meant muddy knees and soaked kits along the way.

A huge shout‑out also goes to the coaches and supporters who continue to create such a positive environment for these young players to develop. Their guidance, encouragement and belief clearly played a key role in this success, helping the team grow in confidence and ability with every match.
