We provide a complete range of design and fabrication services from laser cutting, CNC punching, folding, rolling and forming, through to welding, powder coating and assembly. All our production processes have manual and automated options. Our continual investment policy ensures that our machinery is some of the most efficient on the market.
The best of both worlds! The EML allows us to punch internal apertures and features including forms in both directions and threaded holes from M3 through M8 meaning those additional inserting operations are a thing of the past. The laser takes care of intricate profiles and removes those unsightly tool witness marks produced by stand alone punch machines. It is complemented by an automated load/unload system to allow us to load multiple orders and let the machine do what it does best.

TBE have a fully equipped welding department consisting of 13 bays which provide MIG, TIG and Laser Welding facilities, plus four spot welding machines, all of which are operated by our skilled team.
Our paint shop is an automated line with iron phosphate pre-treatment. It consists of a 120m track with 18m oven and an automatic Gema paint booth manned by skilled powder coaters. The system has eco-reclaim functionality for large projects. Powders are available in RAL, BS, and Pantone or can be matched to a colour sample. We have a sample booth for prototype work to avoid disruption to production and dual Opticentres on the main line providing quick colour changes and flexibility.
TBE also offer fastener inserting, nutserting, riveting, full assembly, PAT testing and screen printing.
