The Shop floor Will Never Be the Same: Paula’s Big Scottish Adventure Begins

On Friday, we said a fond (and slightly teary!) farewell to Paula. After an incredible 23.5 years on our team — yes, 23.5! — she leaves as one of our longest‑serving and most loved teammates.

It turns out we just can’t compete with the appeal of a brand‑new life in the far north of Scotland… complete with dogs, animals, fresh air, and a whole lot of adventure. And honestly? We don’t blame her!

A huge thank you to Paula for her years of loyalty, hard work, and unwavering dedication. We’re wishing her all the happiness in this next chapter — she’ll be truly missed, but never forgotten.
